- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
Directions
1/2 large banana 3/4 cups of blueberries1/4 cup of strawberrries (halves)1 cup non-fat milk (can be any kind, dairy, soy, rice, hemp)2 tablespoons of Wheat Germ
This serves one person
Directions
I use a magic bullet mixer and put frozen strawberries in a bullet cup. Then I add the milk, sliced banana, then the wheat germ, and blueberries. Put the blender cap with blades on and put it on the blender base. I usually let it blend until it looks completely unified and then I uncap the cup and enjoy with a straw. Because the fruit is frozen, you can enjoy with a straw or not....the milk gives you consistency similar to a milkshake. If you opt to use juice as a base rather than milk, it will be thinner shake.
