Tuna Salad with Olives and Capers

Ingredients
1 can Tuna, Starkist Chunk White Albacore in Water, 1/4 cup. diced peppers, sweet, red, fresh1/4 cup diced onions, raw8-10 spanish olives w/pimento, chopped1 tbsp. Olive Oil1 tbsp. Capers, canned1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley1 tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar3 cups, shredded or torn Romaine Lettuce 3 large radishes, sliced thinly4 cherry tomatoes, quartered or halved
Directions
1. Drain and flake the tuna.
2. Mix together the tuna and the next seven ingredients.
3. Serve the tuna on top of the remaining ingredients.
