Directions
Cut apples into bite sizes
melt butter, add sugar and cinamon
drizzle over apples and bake at 400'

OR

Core apples but leave a little in at the bottom
Melt butter, add sugar and cinamon
Fill inner apple with sugar mixture
Bake in oven at 400'

    YUMMY! I did alter it a little bit when making this for my dh and myself as we are trying to go low sodium low sugar. Instead of butter I used Emeril's creamery butter spray and sprayed the apple pieces w/it, then sprinkled some Splenda and Saigon cinnamon (has the flavor of Red Hot candies). Yummmm - 3/13/10
