Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef, drained and rinsed1 package Taco Seasoning1 head Lettuce2 -3 firm Tomatoes1 - 2 cups Shredded Cheese1 16oz can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed1 3 oz can sliced Black Olives, drained and rinsed1 cup Ranch Dressing1 13 oz bag Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips, crushed
Directions
8 - 12 (depending on whether served as main dish or side dish)

1. Throughly cook Ground Beef. Using collander, drain and rinse off grease. Return to pan. Add Taco Seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Stir to combine. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.

2. In a big bowl, shred lettuce, chop tomatoes, shred cheese, dump in beans and olives (after draining and rinsing them). Mix together.

3. Mix in cooled ground beef mixture

4. Mix in Salad Dressing

5. Crush Tortilla chips and mix into salad

6. Serve
