Ingredients
2 cups crushed, Fiber One cereal, fine dust, the cereal that looks like little twigs1 cup low fat or non fat yogurt1.3 cups fat free milk.5 cup unsweetened applesauce2 eggs1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour1 cup baking cocoa2 tsp baking soda2 tsp vanilla.5 tsp salt100 grams chocolate chips, about .5 cup
Directions
Make 24 muffins, you can halve recipe for 12.

Turn Fiber One cereal into dust. I used food processor then a mortar and pestle.

Soak 5 minutes with wet ingredients, stir.

Add dry ingredients, mix, but don't overmix.

Put into 24 Pammed muffin tins and cook at preheated 375° oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.

Keeps and freezes well.
