PeanutButter Banana Protein Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup milk (recipe is formulated for skim milk)2 tbsp peanut butter1 Banana1 scoop vanilla-flavored whey protein powderIce cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients (I use 5 ice cubes), blend until smooth (or your desired consistency)


* I make this in the morning before class, and it keeps me full from from 7am until noon!!
