Directions
Cut vegitables to a one inch cube and cookl with turmeric and tamrind . cook the toor dhal and add to the vegitables . use atwo liter vessel for the cooking of vegitables . add and boil water upto one liter mark in vessel. Add sambar Powder , jaggery , other greens and boil for a few minutes . Season with jeera , mustard and asafotada in oil.
