Ingredients
1 lb Bacon slices, quartered1/2 bag Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien (14 oz)5 large eggs, scrambled (with a little water)1 tsp Onion powder1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper1 tsp Nature's Seasons Seasoning BlendOptional Toppings (not in nutrition info)CheeseSalsaSour CreamAny other burrito toppings you like
Directions
Fry bacon in large skillet to your preferred taste. Remove bacon and drain in a paper towel covered plate. Reserve 2 tbsp of bacon grease while draining from skillet. Add 2 tbsp of bacon grease to skillet. Add potatoes to grease. Cook potatoes for 9-12 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. While potatoes are cooking, combine a touch of water to the eggs and scramble. Once potatoes are done, add bacon, scrambled eggs, and spices. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked thoroughly.
