Ingredients
* Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed * Basmati Rice Medley-Trader Joe's, 1 cup * Safeway 15-Bean Soup Mix (dry), 0.5 cup * Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced * Water, 8 cups * Salt, 2 tbsp * Carrots, raw, 4 cup, strips or slices * Garlic Salt to taste * Garlic Pepper to taste * Bullion Cubes, 2
Directions
Cut all items into bit sizes pieces.
Put all items into crockpot.
Set crockpot on high, cook for 12 hours.
Stir, eat and enjoy!
