We love this bread. I use egg beaters, 1/2 slenda and 1/2 applesauce in the recipe when making - 1/31/10

I've added different flavored pudding, ground nuts, dried fruit, and even different flavorings. My current favorite is some Hazelnut syrup (made for lattes), with hazelnut flour, some chopped hazelnuts and some oatmeal. Fantastic! My other one is Tropical fruit & artificial Rum flavoring, mmm! - 1/28/10

We love this bread!! We usu add fruit before baking... sometimes bananas, sometimes apples, and this last time we added raisins and a little extra cinnamon - 1/15/10

What a great idea! I've got a starter going right now, I will have to try a couple loaves with fruit.
