Lemon thyme potatoes

Ingredients
Fingerling Potatoes, 12 ozOnions, raw, 0.33 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clovesOlive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbsSalt, 4 dashPepper, black, 4 dashLemons, 1 fruit Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
dice onion & garlic, cut fingerling potatoes into bite sized chunks. Slice lemon into rings, discard ends.

put mixture into 1-2 foil pouches, add EVOO, S&P and thyme.

make into pouch, leave small hole on top for ventilation.

Grill pouches on high for approx 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
