Ham and Potatoe Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 cups of hash brown potatoes9 eggs3 cups of skim milk2 cups of lean ham2 cups of low fat cheddar cheese1/2 tsp of ground mustardsalt and pepper to taste(may had vegies)
Directions
Spray 9 X 13 pan. Line pan with hash brown potatoes, top with ham and 1 cup of cheese. Mix milk, eggs, and !/2 tsp ground mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over potatoes. Refrigerate over night. Top with the rest of cheese and back for 45 min at 350 degrees.
