Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic (minced)minced fresh ginger (about 1 tsp)minced onion (1-2 tbsp)mixed frozen veggies shredded chicken breast1 cup cooked brown rice1 egg scrambledKen's Lite Asian Sesame Ginger and Soy Dressing
Directions
Makes approximately 2 1-cup servings.

Saute ginger, onion, and garlic in olive oil. Add chicken and vegetables; stir fry until tender. Scramble egg and cook in same pan; mixing egg into rice mixture. Add dressing and heat through.
