Cucumber Salad with Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 cucumber, peeled, halved, sliced and cut in wedges1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar1 sprig fresh dill weed1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion1/2 teaspoon saltdash black pepper
Directions
In a colander set over a bowl, toss the cucumbers with salt. Let drain for at least 1 hour.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, apple cider vinegar, dill and sugar. Add the cucumbers and the onion and toss. Season with pepper.
