Oven-fried Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients
2 potatoes, quartered1 tbs Canola oil1 tsp Salt and Pepper1 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp Parsley flakes
Directions
Dip potatoes in oil; sprinkle lightly with no salt seasoning, pepper, garlic powder and parsley flakes. Place in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until browned.
