Mexican Mole Chili

1 lb 99% fat free ground turkey (shadybrook farms)1 Tbsp vegetable broth1 cup onion, minced2 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 cup tomato sauce1 1/2 cup kidney beans, drained & rinsed1 1/2 cups tomato juice1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 Tbsp cocoa powder3/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 tsp oregano1 Tbsp cornmeal
Heat vegetable broth in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Add onion. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add ground turkey to skillet. Cook and stir until turkey is no longer pink. Drain any fat and set turkey mixture aside.
Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker; stir until mixed. Add turkey mixture and stir to mix together. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
