Apple Fritters

Ingredients
1 cup flour1 egg1/2 cup milk (2%)1/2 tsp baking powder1 packet of stevia (sugar substitute)1 medium apple, sliced1/4 cup pecans, choppedSugar Free maple syrup
Directions
Mix flour, egg, milk, backing powder, stevia and half of the pecans. Put to the side and let rest.

Peel, decore and slice apple. Place apple in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Brown apple on both sides.

Pour batter over apples in the frying pan. Do not flip, let pancake rise. When moisture is gone, place a plate over the pancake and flip onto the plate.

Add remaining pecans to the top. Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
