Beefy Cabbage Soup

6 oz. 93% lean ground beef6 oz Extra lean ground turkey1 cup chopped onion4 cups shredded cabbage46 oz can V-8 Juice( low sodium)3 cups water2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
Combine the turkey and beef, then crumble and brown. There will be very little if any grease to drain off. Set cooked and drained meat aside. In he same pot add 2 tsp olive oil and onion. cook till softened. Add cabbage and cook till slightly wilted. Add meat, V-8,water, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cook about 45 to 60 minutes and enjoy.
