Grandmommy's Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef4 c Kraft shredded mexican cheese1 onion2 cans enchilada sauce22 corn tortillas
Directions
-brown ground beef, pour off fat
-add enchilada sauce and stir
- in small pan warm 2 tsp olive oil and fry each tortilla for just a few seconds on each side
Dip each tortilla into sauce mixture and put into a casserole dish
-layer tortillas and cheese

makes 1 lg and 1 small casserole dish
