High Fibre Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup oat bran1/2 cup wheat bran1.5 cups flaxmeal1/4 cup brown sugar (or 2 teaspoons stevia)2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 cup yogurt2 egg whites1 cup golden raisins1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened1/2 cup sliced almonds1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Combine dry (first eight) ingredients in a bowl and mix well. In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just til moist. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick coating and fill with mix. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 14 muffins.
