Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups diced Rhubarb1/4 cup sugar1 Tbsp white flour1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmegTopping1 Cup rolled oats1 cup brown sugar1 cup flour1 stick butter
Directions
dice rhubarb in 1/2 inch pieces, place in 9X9 glass baking dish, sprinkle in sugar, spices and 1 Tbsp flour and sitr slighty to coat rhubarb.
Mix topping in separate bowl, Cream butter and Brown Sugar together add flour and oats, can add more spices if desired. sprinkle over top and bake 1 hour. Makes about 9 servings.
