Spicy Peanut Noodles

Ingredients
1 carrot peeled; 1/3 cup chicken broth, 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1 T fresh ginger, 1 T soy sauce, 2 T honey, 2 tsp red pepper flakes, 4 tsp minced garlic, 3 cups precooked Yakisoba noodles, about 5 - 6 green onions.
Directions
grate carrot & chop onions; set aside. Mix ingredients for sauce in food processor. Heat a large skillet on medium high, spray with PAM, and add noodles. Cook for 1 minute. Add sauce and stir until warm. Remove from heat and add carrots and green onion. Can be served warm or cold.
