Thai Coconut Curry Rice

Ingredients
1 cup sushi rice2 cups College Inn Tahi Coconut Curry Broth
Directions
Combine rice and broth in a pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat. When the broth starts to boil cover pan and cook for 5 minutes. Turn heat to low and continue to cook for 15 minutes. Keep covered until ready to serve.
