Ingredients
1 can of chick peas2 cans of red kidney beans in chili sauce1/4 red onion1/4 yellow pepper1 can diced tomatoes (garlic and onion flavour)cumin, garlic powder, coriander, bay leaf, Mrs.Dash Extra spicy.
Directions
saute onion and peppers. Add all other ingrediants. Bring to a boil, reduce heat let simmer. Serve with brown rice
