oven baked parmesan chicken

Ingredients
boneless, skinless, chicken breasts1 cup egg beaters1 package Ritz wheat crackers2 teaspoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. I like to use about 8 boneless, skinless, chicken tenderloins. Thaw the tenderloins. Crush the wheat crackers and poor into a bowl. Put 1 cup of egg beaters into another bowl. Spray the bottom of a baking dish with Canolla Oil. Dip the chicken tenderloins into the eggs beaters, then into the wheat crackers, and then place into the baking dish. Melt the butter and poor over top of the chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and bake for about 1 hour.
