1/2 c. splenda4 egg whites2 tbsp. cornstarch2 pkg of 8 oz reduced fat neufchatel cheese1 pkg of 8 oz fat free cream cheese1 c. fat free sour cream2 tsp. vanillasprinkle with cinnamon when done
Soften the cream cheese and neufchatel cheese in the microwave and stir. Stir in splenda, cornstarch, sour cream and egg whites/egg beaters. Beat until smooth and pour into cheesecake pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
