6 small (2 to 3 oz) Venison Steaks (pounded out)1 cup green pepper, sliced1 cup onion, sliced1 (8 oz) can Giorgio Mushrooms2 tbsp Blue Bonnet light Margarine1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp Lemon juice from concentrategarlic powder, parsley & black pepper to tastePam
Spray large non-stick pan with Pam spray 1/2 tbsp light margarine; stir-fry onions and peppers. Remove from pan. Add remaining margarine and on med-high heat brown both sides of the steaks; add onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper, garlice powder, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice; simmer for about 10 minutes.
