Lemon-Oregano Chicken with Tzatziki

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil2 tbs lemon juice1.5 tsp minced garlic1 tbs chopped fresh oregano1 tsp red pepper flakeszest from 1 lemon6 boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks.Tzatziki sauce - 1/2 large cucumber2 cups plain yogurt2 tbs chopped fresh parsley2 tbs chopped fresh mint1 tbs fresh lemon juicekosher salk and ground black pepper
Directions

Marinate meat for 45 min.
Put chicken on skewers and grill.

Peel & seed cucumber, cut into small pieces. Combine all tzatzki ingredients in a bowl.

Serve w/ tzatziki sauce
