whole wheat pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour 2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 lg eggs-beaten2 1/2 cups milk1 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp sugar2 tbs vegetable oil
Directions
mix top 3 ingredients (dry items) in a bowl.
add eggs,milk, vanilla, sugar and oil
milk well till all blended, batter will be lumpy
use ice cream scoop to measure out pancakes

use hot griddle or large skillet over med heat

cook till bubbles show through the center and edges lift. flip an cook for 1-2 more min on other side.
