Thai Style Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 cup onion chopped3 cloves garlic minced1 tbsp minced ginger1 tbsp soy sauce1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1 egg1 tsp olive oil---------Sauce1/2 cup orange juice2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
Directions
Mix all meatball ingredients together
Roll into balls (approx 34) and fry in olive oil until fully browned
Remove from skillet and stir together sauce ingredients
Cook on high till smooth and thickended
Return meatballs to the skillet and stir until meatballs are fully coated with sauce.
Cook on low for 15 minutes.
