Spinach, shrimp and asiago omelet

8 Large eggs1 cup of fresh spinach1 clove of garlic1 tbsp of I CAN'T BELIEVE IT IS NOT BUTTER LIGHT8 large shrimp2 oz of light Mozzarella cheese1 oz of grated asiago cheese.2 Tbsp of 2% Milk
Saute fresh Spinach, 1 clove of pressed garlic, 8 large raw shrimp (peeled and deveined and 1 tablespoon of margarine in omelet pan. Remove and set aside.
whisk 6 eggs and 2 tbsp of milk. Pour into omelet pan, cook on low for 3 or 4 minutes (careful not to overcook)
add spinach and shrimp mixture, and cheeses, fold, flip and serve.
