Nutrient-boosted Meatballs

Ingredients
2lbs lean ground beef1lb ground pork1 c. canned pumpkin1 c. lowfat milk4tbs garlic, minced4tbs minced parsley1 c. bread crumbs1/2 c. white cornmeal1/2 c. grated parmesan1/2tbs oregano1/2tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix thoroughly with hands. Make uniform balls and place on cookie sheet lined w/ foil. Bake for 30-35 min @ 325 degrees. Makes about 46 2 inch meatballs. Serving size is for 3 to 4 meatballs.
