Ingredients
Vegetable or (Chicken Broth), Fit & Active, 1/3 cupDiced Tomatoes, 15.5ozTrocomare, 1/8tSteak Seasoning, 1/4tCrushed Red Pepper, 1/4tGarlic, Minced, 1tKosher Salt, 1/2tCrushed Tomatoes, 28ozOlive Oil, 1/2TOnion, 1/2 medium, finely choppedLea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 3tTabasco Sauce, 1/4tPinto Beans, 16ozBlack Beans, 15.5ozKidney Beans, 15.5ozChili Powder, 1/2TChipolte Chili Powder, 1/2TBalsamic Vinegar, 1/2T
Directions
In a large sauce pot, add olive oil over medium high heat. Add chopped onions and garlic.... stir frequently for about 2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and let them break down for about 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover. Let simmer for 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings... 1 1/2 cups each. Best served over rice with a little cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
