Pumpkin Raisin Bites

Ingredients
1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 cup margarine (I use earth balance) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup pumpkin 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups flour (I use whole wheat) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Mix pumpkin, margarine, and vanilla, add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add raisins. Stir gently.

Put spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 -15 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.

Yields: about 26
