Niki's Banana Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup ground flax3/4 cup wheat bran1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips1&1/2 cups mashed banana1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Splenda3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Breeze1/4 cup egg substitute
Directions
In a medium bowl combine flour, flax, wheat bran, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and chocolate chips.

In a large bowl combine mashed banana, Splenda, Almond Breeze, and egg substitute.

Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just to mix. Spoon into greased muffin tray and bake 19-22 mins at 400F. Makes 16 muffins.
