Ingredients
1 La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber LARGE tortilla1/2 C Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese 1/2 Wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese1 TSour Cream4 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1 Tb Salt Free/Sugar Free Taco Seasoning Mix1 tsp Sugar Free Taco Sauce
Brown the turkey and drain. Combine browned and drained turkey, Laughing Cow Cheese and taco seasoning in microwave safe bowl. Heat for 45-60 seconds. Add taco sauce and mix well.
Heat Tortilla for about 10 seconds in microwave on microwave safe plate.
Place turkey mixture in middle of tortilla, cover with cheese.
Microwave open faced tortilla for about 40 seconds.
Put sour cream on top of melted cheese layer. Then wrap up tortilla, burrito style. Place the wrap seam side down on the plate and microwave for another 30 seconds.
