Cardamom Chicken with Salt & Pepper Crust

Ingredients
2 5oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts3 Tbsp minced garlic4 tsp rice vinegar1 1/4 tsp honey2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1/4 tsp ground cardamom1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and cardamom in a tupperware container. Place chicken into the tupperware and marinate for 4 to 5 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard remaining. Place chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
