Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 lb ground chicken46oz V8 low sodium vegetable juicePinto beans(large can 28-29oz)Chili beans(large can 28-29oz)chili powder and onion powder(or flakes) to tastecayenne pepper to taste
Directions
brown ground meat, drain and rinse.
Place back in skillet and add beans, seasonings and juice. Simmer 1-2 hours.
