Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Trader Joe’s Masala simmer sauce, 2.5 cupZucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slicesCauliflower, raw, 1 cup Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (4 fl oz)
Directions
Cook the veggies in the simmer sauce, the chicken in a separate pan. Combine all and add yogurt to finish. Serve over rice if desired.
