Turkey Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
one package lean ground turkey3/4 cup oatscan of campbells cream of mushroom soup (healthy request)packet of onion soup mix1/2 cup egg beaters
Directions
Mix soup mix and oats in a large bowl. Add packet of meat and pour eggs on top. Mix thoroughly with your hands. Spray a pan and divide mixture into 8 patties. Place then in the pan and broil for a few minutes (until slightly brown). Flip burgers and broil for another minute.

Mix the mushroom soup with one can of water. Pour mixture over burgers after they broiled. Cover pan with foil, turn oven down to 375 and cook for 25-30 minutes.

*If you want less fat/calories, use 99% fat free ground turkey
