PG's Homemade Honey Nut Oats

Sesame Seeds, 1 cup Oats, 2 cups Hazelnuts, 2 cups, chopped Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled Honey, 6 tbsp Water, tap (hand hot), 2 fl oz Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup Raisins, 100 grams Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.66 cup
1. Toast the seame seeds in a dry frying pan (skillet) until golden then tip into large bowl.
2. Add the oats, nuts and sunflower seeds and mix well.
3. Blend the honey with water and stir into the dry mixture with the melted butter.
4. When well mixed, turn into a lightly oiled baking tin (pan) and spread evenly.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160C/325F or Gas Mark 3 for about an hour, stirring from time to time until crisp, golden and crumbly.
6. Stir in raisins, cranberries and leave to cool. Store in airtight container and serve plain or with yoghurt or creme fraiche.
