Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
saute onion and mushroom in butter till soft. add flour and make rue. add chicken stock and milk all at once. stir till th ickened. add seasonings, chicken and peas and carrots. Put in pastry shell and bake 350 degrees until crust is browned.
