Ingredients
2 14oz cans Reese Artichoke Hearts1 tsp Olive Oil.25 cup of chopped Pecans1 clove of Garlic choppedParmesan Cheese, grated, 0.25 cup 1 tsp Lemon juice
Directions
Lightly oil a baking dish using the olive oil Drain the artichokes and place in the baking dish with the chopped garlic, drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle on the chopped pecans and grated cheese. Place in oven on 350 for about 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. makes 3-4 servings
