Itallian Mini Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey6 TBSP Parmesan Cheese1/4 CUP Pesto Sauce(from jar)2 Cups chopped mushroomsItalian Seasoning and Garlic as desired1/2 CUP Mozzarella Cheese Makes 8 mini loaves
Directions
Mix everything except Mozz. cheese in bowl. Form into 8 balls/patties. Arrange on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 18-20 min. Divide Mozz. cheese up and place on top of each loaf, continue to bake until cheese melts.
