Grilled Tuna Patties

1 large 6 oz. can of tuna or 2 3oz cans of tuna in water drained well2 small fresh eggs or 1 large egg beat wellsaltine crackers (approx. 16-20 crackers) crushed about 1 to 1 1/2 cups1/2 cup raw onion diced well3 tbsp. green bell pepper, strips rinsed and diced upcelery seed 1 tsp. ground black pepper 1/2 tsp. Place all in medium size bowl mixing well, pat into patties place of griddle sprayed with cooking spray cook til golden brown on each side and servemakes about 5 1.25 oz. patties
Spray a griddle with crisco cooking spray, place each patty on griddle on medium heat and cook til brown on each side about 10-12 minutes turning often, serve immediately on bun or by itself with mayo or tartar sauce on the side.
