Lazy CrockPot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts2T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray2 Cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 small onion, diced finely2 rolls biscuits (the cheap kind -- 2 biscuits = 100 calories)
Directions
Place chicken, butter, soup, and onion in a slow cooker and fill with enough water to cover.

Cover, and cook for 5 to 6 hours on high. About 30 minutes before serving, tear biscuit dough and place into the slow cooker. Cook until the biscuit dough is no longer raw in the center.
