Cathy's Creamed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes2 tsp Brummel & Brown spread made with yogurt4 oz skim milk1.5 tsp salt
Directions
Dice and boil five medium raw potatoes. Drain potatoes when done and add margarine, salt and skim milk. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer.
Makes 4 servings (3/4 cup each)
