Lasanga soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 medium onion, chopped3-4 garlic cloves, minced2 tsp Italian seasoning4 C chicken broth1 16 oz can tomato sauce1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes1 C low fat or soy cheese
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is cooked through. Add the Italian seasoning and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add egg noodles and reduce heat and simmer until done. Top with cheese and serve (can put into an oven proof bowl and broil the cheese on top).
