Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin

2 lbs Pork Tenderloin4 large potatoes4 carrots1 yellow onion1 package Lipton's Onion Soup Mix1 cup water
Peel and quarter potatoes, place in crock pot
Peel and slice carrots (I do strips), place in crockpot
Cut pork tenderloin in half, place on top of veggies
Combine soup mix and water, stir, and pour over meat
Slice up onions and place over meat
Cook in Crockpot on high 5-6 hours or low for 10-12 hours, or until meat thermometer reads between 160-170 degrees.
