Lite Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
1 cup sliced rhubarb3 packets Splenda1 teaspoon white flour1 tablespoon water1/4 cup of your favorite granola4 tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Directions
Mix sliced rhubarb, Splenda, flour and water in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave for one minute, stir, then microwave for one more minute or until tender. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Top with granola and Cool Whip. Enjoy!

Variations: You can replace the rhubarb or add to it with the following:
sliced strawberries
chopped apples
raisins
dates
peaches, etc.
